Tom started his real estate career in 1971. In 1992, Tom joined RE/MAX Unlimited.
Tom is a member of the RE/MAX International Platinum Club, the highest award given to RE/MAX Agents. He is also an inductee in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, an honor given to less than 4 percent of 160,000+ RE/MAX Agents Internationally.
In 2000, Tom also received a 25-year pin from the Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS, he is the first man to receive this honor, which is given to REALTORS who achieve the Circle of Excellence for 25 consecutive years. He is now in the Top 2 out of 5000+ agents for being a Member of this Elite Club for 32 consecutive years, since 1975!
In 2003, Tom received the Lifetime Achievement Award, an honor given to only 775 RE/MAX Agents Internationally.

JULIE CANNING-HOLLENBECK, BUYERS SPECIALIST, ACCREDITED BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE
Julie obtained her real estate license in August 1999. Julie has since earned her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. She now devotes her time to helping buyers feel comfortable with the home buying process while finding buyers the right home for them. Julie also was honored into the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence in 2005 and 2006.


SHARON CANNING, MARKETING SPECIALIST, ADVERTISING SPECIALIST, TRANSACTION AND CLOSING SPECIALIST
Sharon, Tom's wife, has been assisting Tom since 1973. She coordinates all of the marketing activity and classified advertising that The Tom Canning Team does. Sharon also handles all transactions and closings that take place. She makes sure that all details are done in a timely manner to ensure that each transaction and closing runs smoothly and hassle-free.
